Storyline Designs were appointed to assist AGIG in designing a new 200m2 tenancy they had leased, located on Level 22 of 140 St Georges Terrace.
AGIG already occupy a large tenancy on the floor below, to a high level of fitout and design aesthetic and this new tenancy needed to be a consistent deign style and functionality as their existing space. The new space consisted of an open plan working area, with a large collaboration space and utility zone with ample storage. A large boardroom was designed, with wall mounted Audio Visual facilities and a high level of acoustics. A new breakout space was provided, to allow staff to break away from the work zone for breaks or informal meetings.
The overall aesthetics were consistent with AGIG’s branding and existing fitout, and the client was settled in the new space with ease. Another happy client!
