Storyline designs extends their service offering to include retail design management. Below are the services we can offer. We can be engaged to assist on a contract basis or alternative working arrangements to suit, below are the services we offer within this area:  

• Attend regular development & operational status meetings
• Provide strategic leadership to drive excellent tenancy design outcomes 
• Build and manage relationships to support  the tenancy design & delivery function
• Communicate tenancy design & delivery status to all relevant Stakeholders
• Deliver retail tenancies that meet the shopping centres approvals processes and guidelines
• Commitment to customer focus

Storyline Designs extends our service offering to include Retail Design Management (RDM).
Acting as the interface between Landlord & Lessee, as well as their designer & shopfitter, this role is integral to a successful outcome of retail & hospitality projects. This role is carried out by Design Director Suzie Wilson. Her leadership & communication skills are exceptional, and Suzie prides herself on this strength. Teamed with an extensive design background, Suzie is the perfect candidate to perform an RDM role.

Suzie has recently completed a 7-month contract with AMP Capital, working on the award-winning redevelopment of Karrinyup Shopping Centre. Being part of the high-pressure, large-scale development was a thrill for Suzie, who took it in her stride gaining excellent design & delivery results along the course of the project.
