Storyline Designs were engaged to design the refurbishment of an existing apartment, with the aim of creating a warm, sophisticated and inviting home that felt both contemporary and timeless.
The design focused on enhancing the existing space through a carefully considered palette of warm timber tones, rich textures and soft neutral finishes. Natural timber flooring, custom joinery and caramel-toned upholstery bring warmth and character throughout, while feature lighting and selected artwork add personality and visual interest.
The open-plan living and dining areas were thoughtfully considered to create a sense of connection and flow, while still allowing each space to feel defined and purposeful. Custom joinery and carefully selected furniture were introduced to maximise functionality while complementing the overall aesthetic of the apartment.
The completed refurbishment transformed the apartment into a refined yet relaxed home, balancing warmth, functionality and character to create a beautiful environment suited to both everyday living and entertaining.
