NORTH FREMANTLE PROPERTY

Storyline Designs was engaged by our client who had recently purchased an investment property off the plan in North Fremantle. The client had decided to immediately place the apartment on the market and requested our services in styling & staging the property for sale. 

The brief including sourcing all furniture and styling pieces for the entire apartment, which included a huge 100sqm balcony. The added challenge was that we only had 10 days to design, source, procure and install the apartment in its entirety. The client had a few items that we reused from their current home, which we seamlessly worked into the new property styling. 

The brief requested a look & feel that was homely, modern and inviting to potential buyers. We needed to demonstrate how the spaces could be used and entice buyers to want to live there. The client was extremely happy with the end result and immediately attracted attention from potential buyers.
